DEFINITION of the KEY TERMS USED and SUBJECT-MATTER
All sales conducted by Alpha Pro Inc. through the online store at www.Dreasolea.org shall be subject to the following general terms and conditions of sale (hereafter referred to as GTCS). The following definitions apply to the key terms in this GTCS:
“BUYER” refers to the individual or legal entity that places an order on the website www.delightsofcrete.gr.

The GTCS are currently considered to have been accepted by the BUYER.
LIABILITIES OF THE SELLER
The SELLER shall deliver the PRODUCTS that satisfy the BUYER’S needs, requirements, and specifications by applying his professional and technical skills to produce the outcome specified in the ORDER.
